Just three minutes from Kichijoji Station, Waltz is a small Japanese restaurant located on the 9th floor. We invite you to experience the changing seasons of Japan through carefully prepared dishes, freshly cooked rice and sake.
Fish, vegetables and other seasonal ingredients are prepared using traditional Japanese techniques.
Rice is cooked to order in a traditional clay pot and served at the end of the meal.
We offer around 20 carefully selected sake. If sake is unfamiliar to you, we will be happy to recommend one to suit your taste.
Service charge and drinks are additional. Menu contents may change depending on seasonal availability.
We select sake from breweries throughout Japan, from well-known labels to small seasonal releases.
Sake is also available in smaller servings, so you may enjoy several different styles during your dinner.
If you are new to sake, please feel free to ask. We will recommend a sake according to your preferences and the dishes being served.
